We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your purchase to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges. PLEASE NOTE - Some of our larger items such as goals, mats etc are MADE TO ORDER. Due to this we cannot accept returns unless they are deemed faulty. All these products have been clearly marked so you can make an informed decision about whether you should go ahead with a purchase. Exchange/Refund Policy When returning goods please remember to include a copy of your receipt. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number (daytime) inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. There is no charge for returning goods for refund. Goods returned for exchange will be charged at a flat fee of £5.00 inc VAT per return and will automatically be charged to your credit card. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure that you get proof of postage and that the method of delivery requires a signature as in the event of a lost package we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature can be supplied.
