Due to the Easter holidays, any orders placed between 1pm Thursday 28th March and Monday 1st April will be held and despatched on Tuesday 2nd April. During this time 24 hour deliveries will unfortunately not be available.

Most orders are despatched by either Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
On rare occasions some heavy or bulky items like posts, snooker tables etc may also be subject to extra carriage charges, again you will be advised of this once we have received your order.
You should receive your order within 2-3 working days of us receiving it. Orders placed before 1pm are generally despatched the same day but please note that we cannot guarantee this. Some items, for instance larger or heavier items may be subject to longer delivery periods, we will advise you of this should your order be affected. Once your order has been despatched you can log into your account (if you have set one up) and track the order via Parcel Force.
Payments on our website are powered by Sagepay, one of the UK's leading Payment Service Providers (PSP). Sagepay are fully PCI DSS compliant and you can be assured that your card details are safe and secure at all points throughout the checkout process.
In addition to using Sagepay, we also use Verisign to secure your other personal details throughout the checkout process and also ensure protection of your online account with Sports Warehouse.
At no point do Sports Warehouse have any access to your credit card details. All transactions are performed by Sagepay and your bank.
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0800 783 5011 any time between 9-5pm Monday - Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.

Please note that made to order items cannot be changed or cancelled once ordered by us. If you have ordered an item incorrectly, or wish to cancel it, please call us within 24 hours on 0800 783 5011 to discuss.

For items purchased between now and Christmas we will be more than happy to accept returns until the end of January (so long as they meet the conditions below).
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (within 28 days unless previously agreed) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We recommend returning your goods via a courier or Royal Mail service that requires a signature, such as Special Delivery

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to measure/order goods unless they are faulty.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
"Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
"Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Sports Warehouse (Edinburgh) Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new torch from us we would accept their old torch and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
